1 banana, sliced
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
3/4 cup Maxigenes Skim Instant Milk (premade)
Pinch of cinnamon
*For a chocolate milkshake, substitute the banana for 1/4 cup chocolate syrup.
Put the milk, vanilla ice cream and banana into a blender. Blend everything until smooth then pour into a tall glass.
If desired, top with a spoonful of whipped cream and decorate with cinnamon, some banana chips or sprinkles. Serve immediately with a straw.
