2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 1/4 cups Maxigenes Full cream milk (premade)
Salt and ground pepper, to taste
Add the butter and flour to a saucepan, stirring constantly until it forms a thick paste.
Pour in the milk, continue to stir and bring to the boil.
Add salt and pepper to taste, lower the heat and stir for a few minutes.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool for use.
