1 large cauliflower, broken into pieces
30g strong cheddar, grated
500ml B chamel sauce
2 tbsp. breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil, then add the cauliflower and cook for 5 minutes. Drain the cauliflower, then place into an ovenproof dish.
Pour B chamel sauce over the cauliflower and top with cheese and breadcrumbs.
Place the cauliflower cheese in the oven and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
