1 ? cups self-rising flour
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
100g chopped ham
1 grated zucchini
? cup thinly sliced chives
? cup Maxigenes Full Cream Milk Powder -premade
? cup fruit chutney
Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Grease a muffin pan or line with muffin baking cups.
Sift flour in a bowl. Add cheese, ham. Zucchini and chives to the flour. Whisk milk, egg and chutney in a small bowl until well combined.
Pour milk mixture into flour mixture and gently mix until just combined. Spoon the mixture into muffin holes.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean once inserted. Leave to cool and then turn out onto a wire rack.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
