150g good quality dark chocolate
3/4 cup Maxigenes Full cream milk (premade)
Fill a medium-sized pot with water and bring to a simmer.
Place a mixing bowl containing the chocolate on top of the pot to melt completely.
Once melted, remove from the heat and stir in milk gradually until combined.
With a hand mixer on low speed, beat the mixture for a few minutes until fine lines start to appear.
Evenly pour the mousse into glass jars and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
Decorate the top of the mousse with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, if desired.
