2 eggs, lightly beaten
Milk powder mix (Add 100g Maxigenes Full cream milk powder to 600mL water)
3 tbsp cornflour
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
Combine eggs, cornflour, milk powder mix and sugar together in a saucepan over medium heat.
Whisk occasionally to prevent mixture from clumping.
Remove from the heat when custard becomes thick and creamy.
Stir in the vanilla and serve.
