250g pasta 1 pint (approx. 25) cherry tomatoes, sliced in half 150g jar kalamata olives, drained and sliced 1 cup Goats cheese, diced 1 garlic clove, crushed 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar Parsley, chopped for garnish Salt and pepper, to taste
Bring a large pot of water to the boil, and cook pasta according to the package directions.
Drain and set aside in a large bowl.
Add the tomatoes, cheese, olives on top and stir until combined.
In a shaker add rest of the ingredients and shake well.
Pour dressing over the salad and garnish with parsley.
