2 cups peaches, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup white sugar
300g sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup plain flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 unbaked prepared pie shell
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Whisk the eggs, spices, salt and sweetened condensed milk together, then add in the peaches.
Pour peach mixture into the prepared pie shell.
In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar and flour.
Cut in the butter and rub through the mixture with your fingertips, until it resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle on top of the pie.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack and serve.
