3 cups frozen stawberries
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Place all ingredients in a food processoror blender and process until creamy (about 5 minutes).
Serve the frozen yoghurt immediately ortransfer it to an airtight container and freeze until ready to serve.
