For Mango Smoothie
1/2 cup milk powder mix (1 tablespoon (18g) Maxigenes? Skim Instant Milk Powder to 120ml water)
1 cup plain non-fat yoghurt
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/3 cup ice cubes
2 tablespoons honey
For Strawberry Smoothie
1/4 cup plain non-fat yoghurt
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
1/2 tablespoon honey
In a blender, combine all the ingredients for the mango smoothie and blend until smooth.
Pour mango smoothie evenly into glasses, filling each half way, and place them in the freezer for about 20 minutes to harden. Rinse out the blender.
For the top layer, place the strawberry smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
To assemble, use a spoon to gently transfer the strawberry smoothie on top of the mango smoothie, then serve.
