? cup Maxigenes Full Cream Milk Powder
1 cup sugar
? cup corn-starch
2 whole vanilla beans
1 Tsp salt
2 cups Maxigenes Full Cream Milk Powder
Slice vanilla beans length ways and scrap seeds out. In a large bowl combine all dry mix ingredients including vanilla bean seeds. Mix until well combined.
Combine ? cup of dry pudding mixture with 2 cups of milk in a medium saucepan over high heat, constantly whisking.
Bring mixture to boil and immediately reduce to a simmer, keep whisking until mixture us thickened (about 3-5 minutes).
Let mixture stand for 5 minutes before serving.
